The Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society is in the process of organizing a domestic as well as overseas traveling fellowship systems so that you can be proud of being a member of the Society and fully enjoy its benefits in education & research.

1. KSES American Travelling Fellowship

With the cooperation of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES), the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society has decided to have two Korean traveling fellows visit each even-numbered year for about 6 weeks (October). Every odd year, two American traveling fellows will visit several hospitals in Korea.

2. KSES Japan Travelling Fellowship

The Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society decided to dispatch a traveling fellow between Korea and Japan in cooperation with the Japan Shoulder Society. In odd-numbered years, a Japanese traveling fellow will visit several hospitals in Korea, and in even-numbered years, a Korean traveling fellow will visit several hospitals in Japan.
The period is expected to be around 4 weeks (September-October).

3. KSES European Travelling Fellowship

The Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society, in cooperation with the Japan Shoulder Society and the European Shoulder Society (SECEC/ESSSE), decided to dispatch a traveling fellow between Korea-Japan and Europe every other year. Every odd year, a European traveling fellow will visit several hospitals in Korea (about 2 weeks) and Japan (about 2 weeks). Each even-numbered year, one traveling fellow from Korea and one from Japan agreed to visit several hospitals in Europe.
The period is expected to be around 4 weeks (September-October).

4. Korean Travelling Fellowship

The Korean traveling fellowship has been implemented since 2020.
The Korean Traveling Fellowship of the Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society accepts applications for members, selects 2 people a year, and provides opportunities for outpatient treatment and surgical observation centering on the hospitals desired by the selectors among the leading universities and hospitals in Korea.

5. Peri-congress surgical observation tour (PCSOT)

The Korean Shoulder and Elbow Society is organizing the plan to visit some hospitals in Korea for a few days before and after the conference for overseas pre-registrants and overseas presenters of the Annual international congress of Korean shoulder and elbow society in March.
